We were absolutely thrilled this week to be announced as the silver winners of the 4-4.5 star accommodation in Australian Tourism Awards!! This star rating and the recognition of being a national winner showcases that it is possible for small and boutique family-run establishments to shine in luxury accommodation in Tasmania and throughout Australia.

A huge congratulations to the whole Ship Inn Stanley team. It is the wonderful people who work here with such dedication and passion that make the Ship Inn Stanley experience what it is.

We’d like to thank everyone that has supported us since we opened in five years ago. Family, friends, the local community, and most of all you – all the amazing visitors who make our day an absolute joy! Without you our little inn would be a very quiet and lonely place!

This award is wonderful recognition for our small country town of Stanley, and for our small luxury accommodation with a big heart.
